How do I set up my SGO device?

1. Connect to "GarageDoor-Setup" WiFi
2. Visit 192.168.4.1/setup in your browser
3. Enter your home WiFi credentials
4. Register at customer-app.html

Can't see "GarageDoor-Setup" WiFi network?

• Make sure the device is powered on (LED should be blinking)
• Wait 30-60 seconds after powering on
• Move closer to the device (within 10 feet)
• Try restarting the device by unplugging and plugging back in
• Ensure your phone's WiFi is turned on

Can't access 192.168.4.1/setup?

• Verify you're connected to "GarageDoor-Setup" network (not your home WiFi)
• Try typing: http://192.168.4.1/setup (include http://)
• Disable mobile data/cellular temporarily
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
• Clear your browser cache

WiFi configuration not saving?

• Double-check your WiFi password (case-sensitive)
• Make sure you're selecting a 2.4GHz network (5GHz not supported)
• WiFi name should not contain special characters
• Move the device closer to your WiFi router
• Verify your WiFi network is working properly

Device shows offline in app?

• Check if the device has power (LED should be on)
• Verify your home WiFi is working
• Make sure device is within range of WiFi router
• Try restarting the device
• Reconfigure WiFi settings if needed (visit 192.168.4.1/setup again)

Garage door not responding to commands?

• Verify device is online in the app
• Check wiring connections to garage door opener
• Test if your garage door wall button works
• Wait 5-10 seconds between commands
• Try power cycling the device
